Preparing Your Documents
What documents you need and how to prepare them for your Peace Seal application.
Required Documents
Prepare the following before starting your application:
- Ethics Code — Your company's code of conduct or ethics policy
- Financial Audit — Most recent audit or financial statement
- HR Handbook — Employee handbook covering policies on diversity, inclusion, and workplace conduct
- Additional Certifications — Any relevant certifications (B Corp, ISO, etc.)
Document Guidelines
- Accepted formats: PDF, DOC, DOCX
- Maximum file size: 10MB per document
- Ensure documents are current (within the last 2 years)
- Redact sensitive financial details if needed
Tips
- Complete documents before starting the questionnaire
- Have your HR and legal teams review submissions
- Include cover pages explaining each document's relevance
