Literacy is the foundation of all learning. We are looking for an Elementary English Coach who is deeply passionate about reading comprehension, inclusive storytelling, and language arts. You will work alongside teachers to cultivate a lifelong love of reading and writing in our elementary students.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and guide literacy programs across elementary grade levels.
Create lessons in the classroom that demonstrate effective engagement techniques.
Analyze student performance data to help teachers differentiate instruction for diverse learning needs.
Develop and refine English curriculum materials to ensure they are accessible and culturally responsive.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, English, or Literacy/Reading Specialist certification.
Proven experience improving literacy outcomes in an elementary setting.
Strong communication, empathy, and adult-coaching skills.
