We are seeking a passionate Elementary Math Coach for young learners. You will ensure that math is taught in an engaging, inclusive, and highly effective manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Coach and mentor elementary school students in foundational math.
Create lessons in the classroom that demonstrate effective engagement techniques.
Analyze student performance data to help teachers differentiate instruction for diverse learning needs.
Develop and refine math curriculum materials to ensure they are accessible and culturally responsive.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of elementary teaching experience with a strong track record in math instruction.
Deep understanding of child development and pedagogical best practices.
